 Mortgage Servicers

​As a servicer, you are a key to success for the Homeowner Assistance Fund (HOAF, known nationally as HAF). We are so happy to have your help getting this wonderful resource out to your communities.

To participate in HOAF, servicers must enroll. As a participating servicer, you will receive monthly mortgage payments for eligible customers and share in a data exchange program. All payments will occur through Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments. KHC does not require agreements be signed; however, a completed enrollment form is required to participate.
